Only very slightest bit of cover wear (lightly bumped spine ends) and soil (any amount would show on the brightly colored cloth). Blurb on back cover mentions controversy over Florida and setting forth the facts "so that the man who contemplates the purchase of land, or who is considering a winter home, or who seeks investment, or [etc. etc.]".
