Appears about like new, but within, quite minor effects of an apparent batter mishap in the cakes section + very small pucker at lower corner throughout most of the book (FFEP through about p.400). Two column format. B&W interior with a few full-page line drawings at chapter heads. Extensive Glossary & Index. Heavier book - will probably require adjustment to shipping charges. Very Good.
