Harpers, 1940. 1940, 1st Edition. Hardcover with dust jacket. Stated First Edition. Hardback, 12mo, appx 5 3/8 x 7 3/4 inches, [xii] + 154 pages, VG in Fair to Poor dj (dj in mylar). Tight binding, p.o.n. obliterated with black marker top edge of FFEP o/w very nice throughout interior. DJ is clean but partial, spine pretty nice & front panel ok (corner piece missing), but large piece torn diagonally from dj back panel (appx 40% missing) as well as back interior flap (appx 80% missing). Clipping laid-in with yellowing to two pages there. Very Good/Poor.
