Light rubbing at extremities + just a little pulling at head of spine. A few light tiny numbers in pencil appear in some of the margins and on some of the plates, o/w clean inside and out - no names, no writing. Hinges intact & binding seems solid, but one loose plate carefully reaffixed. Over 70 plates on glossy stock interspersed uniformly throughout the work - the plates printed one side only, with one or two ship photos on each page. Histories of numerous ships and shipping lines treated individually - given a few paragraphs or a few pages. Very Good.
