There is a stub before p. iii, but it appears nothing is absent per the numbering system (probably a production manifestation, with Foreword numbered p. iii while the Contents has the Foreword at p. v). Binding sound, hinges intact, not a lot of wear or soiling. Spine gilt just a bit dulled, but overall a sturdy and nice-looking copy. Very Good.
