One spot fraying a little at head of spine + spine cloth has just a hint of fading. Colorful front cover pastedown mostly nice with minor surface rubbing including some in a light streak across most of the length of the title. Bump to top edge of front cover. Binding not bad, but a little unsteady with a gutter split before the first (illustrated in color) title page. Each hinge has a very short split starting towards the top edge. Christmas 1927 gift inscription to FFEP in fountain pen + name in pencil erased from FFEP, otherwise clean interior. Couple of pages opened roughly. Signature towards rear of book has some of the pages printed off-center (no loss of copy). Very Good.
