Very little wear and very clean within. Top corners bumped lightly. Light rectangular ghost near top edge of front board, as from piece of tape. Top corner of a page or two at the very rear of the book have a bit of thinning/scuffing/perhaps biopredation. Geographical Index (35 pages, whicxh appears to be the 48 states + Canada [having only 4 in Ontario, 2 in Quebec]) + 5 pages of abbreviations used, + Biographies (all or most of date and place of birth, schools, degrees, tutelage, name/date married, medical postions, industry affiliations [companies served], recreations, political party affiliation, church attended & home/office addresses). Small folded sheet laid-in (3 1/2 x 6 3/4 inches) featuring announcement for the book and a very nice graphic depicting industry, transportation, energy, & medicine (doctor, nurse, labware). Apparently centered in Chicago, there is more representation in the larger cities and industrial regions, with sparse representation out in what would have been "the sticks." Chicago has 122 members, Cleveland has 10, Kentucky 5, Vermont 1, North Dakota 1. Editor Cloud has a 3+ page preface. Very Good.
