This book came from a library, but signs of that have been about 100% removed other than a small green withdrawn stamp to the top edges. Corners a bit worn. Interior clean except for offsetting (rubbing) of 4/color illustrations from first and last pages onto the Inside Front and Back Covers (might be somewhat erasable). Photography throughout both color and vintage b&w. First published in 1983 by Palm Beach Press, New South Wales. Oops, hard to notice, but there is a clear piece of tape at the gutter of each inside cover. Good.
