London, Shapiro,Von Tilzer Music. 1907 With monochrome lettered cover with some ornate scroll work and an inset monochrome photographic portrait of the noted music hall performer George Lashwood(1863-1942) who started his career singing jaunty patriotic songs after his London debut in 1889. He then sang After the Ball (was over) by Chas.K.Harris which was a huge hit in America primarily for May Irwin and in Britain for Lashwood . Kilgarriff lists over a page of songs.
