Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Only orders shipped within the state of California are subject to an 8% state sales tax. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Shipping:
Domestic orders: Orders will be shipped U.S. Media Mail or Bound Printed Matter (surface rate). Shipping charges are US$4.00 for the first book and US$1.00 for each additional title. Please allow 5-14 days for delivery within the United States. Air rate delivery, or insurance (if requested), will be charged at actual cost.
Foreign orders: Orders will be shipped US Mail Book Rate or M-BAG (surface rate). Shipping charges will be billed at actual cost. For surface rate foreign delivery, please allow 6-16 weeks. Air postage delivery will be charged at actual cost. Please specify surface or air postage when placing your order.
Returns:
You have the right to return books within 10 days of receipt if they are not as described.
