Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Only orders shipped within the state of California are subject to an 8% state sales tax. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Payment in US dollars by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted. Shipping:
Domestic orders: Orders will be shipped U.S. Media Mail or Bound Printed Matter (surface rate). Shipping charges are US$4.00 for the first book and US$1.00 for each additional title. Please allow 5-14 days for delivery within the United States. Air rate delivery, or insurance (if requested), will be charged at actual cost.
Foreign orders: Orders will be shipped US Mail Book Rate or M-BAG (surface rate). Shipping charges will be billed at actual cost. For surface rate foreign delivery, please allow 6-16 weeks. Air postage delivery will be charged at actual cost. Please specify surface or air postage when placing your order.
Returns:
You have the right to return books within 10 days of receipt if they are not as described.

All titles are presumed first editions unless (date) is in parenthesis. Bindings are either cloth or paper covered boards unless stated "wp", indicating soft bound or paperback.
