Spine just very slightly darkened, very slight wear to head and tail, tiniest bump to lower front corner, 3 mm pink spot top edge upper cover, gilt bright on upper cover and spine. Occasional very slight pale fingermark to margins, 4 very short closed margin tears, max 15 mm, all expertly repaired. A very good plus copy. The first edition with its light blue covers illustrated in gilt and colours is rare. Images sent on request.
