Every effort is made to give fair and accurate descriptions, however, for the convenience of customers, books are sent on approval and any item may returned within 7 days of receipt, providing that the book does not meet the description given on the website.
Prices are net.
Postage is charged at cost both for UK and International orders. Orders over £50 will be sent with insured postage at cost only.
Parcels to North America will be sent by air mail which usually takes 5-15 days. The cost is about the same price as surface shipping as we have negotiated a bulk user discount with Royal Mail.
For the convenience of all of our overseas customers we have negotiated special air mail prices. These are marginally more expensive than Royal Mail surface printed paper rate. Delivery times are now much improved, at very little extra cost. We have taken this action in view of the ever increasing delays with standard surface shipping, for the benefit of everyone.
Payment is requested within 7 days of receipt, for institutional customers payment may be deferred.
We are able to take all major credit and debit cards.
We are also able to accept payment by PayPal.
Online ordering is now available, with special flat-rate airmail postage. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is confirmed.
Payment is due in £ sterling. US Dollar cheques are acceptable at no extra cost. Currency conversions are at the prevailing rate of exchange. If any currency other than sterling or US Dollars is sent, £6 will be added to the invoice to cover bank charges.
Delivery refunds will only be given when the book does not meet the description given on the website.
