Pamphlet, LACKING any wraps or cloth binding that may have been issued. 56 pp. A long poem recalling the history of Portland and Falmouth, Maine at each of the centennials, with a few sections at the end speculating on the look and future of Portland in 1975. The last pages, 51-56 provide historical notes on Portland and its sites and buildings. FAIR/GOOD lacking binding or wraps. Outer blank endpapers chipped and worn, with loss at the corners and a 1 by 3 1/2 inch piece missing from the rear endpaper. Minor tearing, soiling and a few small stains present. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
