Originally issued as a 52 week calendar. This is LACKING the calendar portion and consists ONLY of black and white photos. These chronicle the work of Sir Wilfred Grenfell in Labrador Canada, depicting the ice, harbors, ships, people and settlements of the area. Grenfell led medical missionary expeditions to Newfoundland and Labrador in an effort to help the fishermen and fishing settlements, eventually expanding his work to include the native population, and establishing orphanages, schools, etc. GOOD+ condition. Minor creasing and darkening to the covers, with minor soiling. Remains of a sticker on the rear cover. Interior clean and solid with minor toning to the paper. Some rusting to the staples. First photo with minor scuffs. Good .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
