We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Paypal, and Pounds sterling cheque. Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be taken before the book is dispatched. All our books are listed in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling (£). Should your currency differ from this, we would be happy to quote the price to you in your own currency, on the understanding that exchange rates can vary from day to day.
All orders will normally be dealt with within 24 hours of receipt, or in exceptional circumstances 48 hours. All books will be dispatched the posting day following receipt of payment. Customers will always be informed when their purchases are to be dispatched.
Postage will be charged at cost, according to the rates advertised by Royal Mail.
Should customers not be happy with the items purchased or the service received, we will always provide a full refund. In cases where the item arrived damaged or was not as described, we will also refund the cost of returning the item to us.
