Spalding, A. Porter, Bookseller, 1867. First Edition. 0 pp. Hardcover. Complete volume one, issue 1-12, December, 1866 to November, 1867. Very good in original three quarter leather with markbled paper-covered boards. Half of the backstrip has fallen away and is laid inside the front endpapers, edgewear and rubbing almost everywhere. The charming idea of this monthy magazine is to produced a journal that is completely written, edited, typeset, printed, and sold within the community of Spalding without aid or assistance from outside. It is understandably uncommon. Very Good.
