General James Wolfe, British general in the French and Indian War who captured Quebec, wrote the twelve letters published in The Albion to a fellow soldier, were made public, and published in The Albion over five issues. The installment in this issue consists of two of the projected twelve letters and an additional Howe letter. Fine.
