English. 30 pp. Annie Wood Besant (1847-1933) was an influencial writer and orator, liberal Catholic and socialist, who was ahead of her time fighting for various social-humanitarian causes while having very intensive life. Annie became the international president of the Theosophical Society on 1907 and the leader of the society in Adyar, India. Book condition: paper cover worn, mildly stained and faded, with tears along spine and back cover (small pieces missing); some dog-ears to textblock. good(-).

We take back any book not as described and fully refund. We will consider refunding for other reasons as well, as we do our best to keep our buyers happy.

Books are usually shipped via Air-mail - by either registered or insured-express mail, according to book's price and weight.
Registered air-mail shipment - $15 - when books price is less than $200 and weight is under 2 Killos.
Insured-express mail - $35 - for books cost more than $200, or weigh more than 2 KGs. In extra-heavy weight shipments prices will be determined accordingly.
