Collation, 342, 1pp errata, vi,-886pp, 2 single page maps, 1 folding map, 1 plan, 1 plate, 2 tinted frontis pieces. Bound in period full calf, diced boards, raised bands, gilt tooling, leather title labels, coloured endpapers. Calf lightly rubbed, boards scuffed on edges, some minor loss on head/ tail of spines, short split on one hinge joint. Generally both bindings in very good clean condition. Internally, some light spotting to title pages, folding map worn on extreme edge, not affecting engraved area. Pages and plates in good clean condition. A very nice set. Very Good. Signed by Author.
