Terms of Sale
All of my books are guaranteed.
Returnable for any reason (other than, "I read it, didn't much like it, would like to send it back now") within two weeks of when you receive the book (it just needs to be postmarked within two weeks, doesn't matter if it's delayed in transit).
If it is my error I will, of course, refund shipping.
I tend to point-out everything that is wrong with abook. This may run some people off but I think it's better for you to know what's wrong rather than having to guess. I apologize but some of my older inventory (science fiction, fantasy and horror from my personal collection) has a top grade of Very Fine. When I get some time I will edit those listings to reflect a top grade of Fine, as all my newer listings are. If you are concerned about any condition confusion please contact me directly before you order the book.
Pictures: all of my pictures are of the books I offer for sale. I don't use stock photos or steal pictures from other dealers.
Shipping: Please note: all of my international shipping rates are based on my use of a Priority International flat-rate envelope to send you the book. I pack the book carefully in bubble wrap then sandwich it between cardboard to protect it. Works well and it's fast: six to ten business days to reach you. It's a good alternative since the US Postal Service eliminated surface mail in 2007.
But: if the book is too big to fit in the flat-rate envelope (luckily, most books do fit) I will have to request more $ from you, sorry. Dj protectors: I put a new dust jacket protector on all hardcovers with djs that I send. No charge.
Shipping terms:
United States: media: $3.95 for first book/$1 for each additional. priority: $7.95 for first book/$2 for each additional
Canada and Mexico: $11 for first book/$11 for each additional
Rest of the world: $13 for first book/$13 for each additional
