Noted pencil underling and a bit of marginalia on 2 pages. Attached typed list of names in rear is presumably a list of readers. Could be easily removed. Dust jacket, in new mylar, is soiled and edge worn with small nicks and tears. Longer tear along front flap. A quite presentable copy.
