Of the fifteen articles by academics and others, thirteen involve Islam, e.g. The Significance of Hijra, Status of Women in Islam, Islamic Social Welfare, Muslim Crafts, Muslim Architecture, Muslim Contributions to Calligraphy and Biology and Muslim Men of Letters. The lead article, Islam and Other Secular and Religious Ideologies, is by the prominent lawyer and intellectual, A.K. Brohi (1915-1987) who served as a Law Minister in the national government.
