Printed card-stock, short closed tear at head of spine, in lightly rubbed dj, small stamp of Punjab Religious Book Company, Lahore on ffep, otherwise internally fine. A selection of speeches and essays on village agricultural and industrial development largely given during a series of seminars and workshops held around West Pakistan in 1957 and 1958. The Foreword explaining the context is given by Manzoor Ilahi, Administrator of the Village Aid Administration. Two of the many papers are also given by him .
