Section headings include: Nature and Value of Prayers, the 5 Daily Prayers, Tahajjud & Tarawih, Quranic Prayers, Hadith Prayers, and Short Phrases of Daily Use. Printed blue card wrappers, light wear, 1 1/2" closed split at tail of spine, small stamp of Sh.Mohammad Ashraf, Lahore publisher, on half-title, otherwise internally fine. Maulana Muhammad Ali (1875-1951) was President of the Ahmadiyya Anjuman Isha'at-i-Islam and one of the principal writers of the Ahmadiyya sect. He had originally given details of the Islamic institution of prayer in the preface to his translation of the Quran in 1917 but this version gives many supplementary details.
