London, Hutchinson. Undated. Hard Cover, 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Mapped endpapers. Neat owner's inscription to half title page. Slight bumping to head & tail of spine and corners, with edges and extremities slightly scuffed. Slight blemish markings to front & rear boards and spine. Light tanning to front & rear free endpapers, with internal pages slightly discoloured. Pages roughly cut. Dust-jacket unclipped, with small areas of loss to head & tail of spine. Large tear to head edge of rear cover. General discolouring, particularly evident on spine and fore-edges. 334 pages including index, appendix, maps and black & white illustrations. Very Good/Good.
