The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. The bottom front spine joint of the dust jacket has a two inch semi-closed tear. The top front edge of the dust jacket has a smallish edge tear with a nick at the bottom of the tear. There is another semi-closed tear to the front flap joint of the dust jacket that has some beginning nicking also.
