Each issue [4]pp. A complete set of this highly irregularly published magazine, being communications and discussions between members and non-members of the reli-socialist Association of the dutch Woodbrokers, section Kortehemmen, Friesland. Discontinued after vol. 2-nr. 4(august 1940). Rare.The dutch Woodbrookers Association was founded in 1908 and in 1909 summer-courses started upon initiative of H. van Senden whilst regular courses took place at Barchem after 1911, where the association erected permanent conference-buildings in 1913. At a later stage regional conferences and educational courses were organized, a.o. at Bentveld, Haarlem Municipality. The Association initiated valuable contributions to incorporate socialism within dutch protestant religion and organizations, however focusing upon general advancement of social status by means of further education of the dutch labour-classes, and to provide low-budget holidays.
