Guide Bridge, Manchester. General Gas Appliances Ltd., N.D., Although not dated, going by the design on the cover & advertisments for cookers it was probably published in the late 20's or early 30's. The 6 pages of cooker advertisments are at the beginning and in colour, some have a Willow Pattern design in blue on white enamel background. No illustrations of the food or ingredients. 96 pages.Pale orange board covers with design in black cream & pale orange on front, brown cloth spine. Very good internally, but cover is slightly marked, top back corner is worn, & on top right of spine is a 1"split, probably from a finger pulling it from a shelf ! Rest of the spine is alright. Can send scan. 9" x 5½". 1930

I aim to please! I describe every fault, tiny tear & blemish in a book, because I would like the customer to be pleased & content with their purchase. Some have been surprised that their book is actually better than they thought it would be! I scan most books, & if requested can send more. If a customer finds a book ordered from me is not as described, then within 14 days he can return it for a full refund, but only if I consider its in the same condition as when I posted it. He must have proof of posting, & should also notify me first.
