Green wraps display decorative black drawing of bucolic farm scene shaded by a large tree. Cover reads "Scott's Seed Guide --The Way to More Profitable Farming." Guide is comprised of 80 pages discussing weeds, how to know good seed, why Scott's seeds are economical, alfalfa, Grimm alfalfa, sweet clover, hubam, the true clovers, red clover, mammoth, alsike, crimson and white clover, soybeans, vetch, field peas and cow peas, timothy, pasture mixtures, corn, wheat, oats, rye, barley, buckwheat, Scott's bacteria, and points about ordering.
