However there is modest toning to the text which also has occasional red check marks in the margins; water staining throughout from the foredge to about half way in. Bottom corners are turned and dog-eared. The main feature of this document is the map at rear which is in wonderful condition: unstained, untorn, unmarked. Perhaps misfolded slightly, but the map, which is about 33 inches square, is wonderful. Good.
