London, Constable and Co. 1927, Reprint. Full-Leather, 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Very nice set of the complete plays of Bernard Shaw in 12 volumes. Early reprint of the Pocket Edition. Blue leather gilt teg, with Shaw's signature in gilt on front cover. Comes with its own blue cloth padded box with Shaw's signature on top, this is slightly faded, but the gilt on the books is bright and unfaded. A card lists the volumes and their contents. The only flaw is that the front of the fourth volume 'Plays Pleasant' has had bookworm near base along spine, about one and a half inches, but this has not penetrated the book. Unusual set in nice condition. Superb 'Dressing' for a room.. Fine/No Jacket.
