Nice copy of the 1940 Annual, with Mickey and Minnie surfing a wave one what looks like a door. Internally clean, though pages are browning as usual. Edges rubbed slightly. The illustrated spine has gone and it has been professionally respined in grey cloth, a very nice job. Very Good +/No Jacket.
