Gilt Lettered Cloth. 53 pp, privately printed history of the Old Serjeants Inn at Chancery Lane for the Law Union and Rock Insurance Company Ltd, who acquired the property in 1909. Top edge gilt, tear to endpaper repaired with tape, slight foxing and discolouration to feps and endpapers, edges of boards bumped a little. 12d. Very Good/No Jacket.
