Our mistake - full refund including shipping up to 10 days from your receipt of book. Your mistake - cost of the book only, minus 15% restocking charge, issued when book is received back by us in the same condition and type of packaging in which it was sent.

Shipping:
Within Canada - $12.00 (GST at 5% is charged on Canadian orders.)
To the US - $8.50 (surface).
To Europe: $24.50 (Priority). These rates are for books weighing less than 1 kg.

Additional charges will apply on heavier books. Orders over $100.00 will be insured at the expense of the buyer (approx $3.00 per $100.00 value).
