Illustrated with color plates, color maps printed on single-sheet double-spreads, and numerous small engravings. Bound in 3/4 leather and cloth with marbled edges and endpapers. The spine is shows well, with well-intact labels and embossing. Some age/use. Pages are clean. Binding and hinges are strong. Some sudging/rubbing outside, the latter being concentrated at edges and high points, including an area of loss at the tail of the spine. Good/Very Good/No Jacket.
