Good in lightly rubbed d/w. sl. chipped and repaired with selotape to corners and head and tail of spine. ¶ Felice Boselli (1650–1732) Italian painter of the Baroque period, active mainly in Piacenza. The pupil of Michelangelo Nuvolone in whose studio he met the still-life painter Angelo Maria Crivelli also called il Crivellone, who became influential in his style. Known for still-life paintings of live and dead game, including animals, birds, and fish.
