W R McPhun, Glasgow, nd c 1850, reprint. Full black morocco with Brass corner filigree corners , P. unpaginated [ c 550pp ] engraved frontis, engraved plates, LACKS the half title & title, Frontis & endpapers detached, marks to the leather where the clasp was once attached but is now missing, central brass boss with the word 'Prayer' on the upper board, leather rubbed. Hardback , no dustjacket. ¶ Somewhat worn copy of the Church Service, containing the Psalms, Proper Lessons & with the New Testament at the rear. The plates were engraved for McPun's Polyglott Bible.
