Munich München, Braun & Schneider, 1955. Original cloth-backed boards,colour illustrated on-lay, 56pp. illustrated in half-tones throughout. Minor split to spine, faint damp marking to upper board else very good. Used; Very Good First published in 1878 and thus in 1925. Wilhelm Busch humorist and illustrator was best known for his tales of two naughty boys Max and Moritz as well as other comic cautionary tales. His comic text was colourful, using onomatopoeia, neologisms and other figures of speech to satirise religious and parochial life.This led to some work being banned by the authorities. Paperback.
