Our copy has one illustration "Ménagères Tonkinoises a la rivière" that is not mentioned in the list of ills. Blue paper covered boards, red calf spine with title label, somewhat worn. Some browning to the text due to the paper quality. First edition of an interesting work about the Ammanese, their language and culture. The nice illustrations are by "deux Tonkinois".
