Shipping Terms: WITHIN THE USA the minimum charge for shipping and handling is $5.00. We recommend USPS Media Mail only for parcels valued less than $300. We prefer to ship all domestic parcels valued at $1000 or more via USPS Priority, Registered and fully insured. We will gladly accommodate parties with a FEDEX or UPS account who wish to assume the shipping charges.
For OVERSEAS parcels the minimum charge for shipping and handling is $12. In the absence of specific instructions from our client we will offer the least expensive shipping option that will in our judgment provide adequate security and insurance. Flat-rate priority envelopes will only be used for pamphlets, and small-format, slender volumes valued less than $150. Parcels valued above $300 require insurance, and must be shipped via USPS Priority or Express mail. Parcels valued at $1000 or more will be shipped via USPS Registered Mail (most secure) or Express.
