Flat-rate priority envelopes will only be used for pamphlets, and small-format, slender volumes valued less than $150. Parcels valued above $300 require insurance, and must be shipped via USPS Priority or Express mail. Parcels valued at $1000 or more will be shipped via USPS Registered Mail (most secure) or Express.
