In the absence of specific instructions from our client we will offer the least expensive shipping option that will in our judgment provide adequate security and insurance. Flat-rate priority envelopes will only be used for pamphlets, and small-format, slender volumes valued less than $150. Parcels valued above $300 require insurance, and must be shipped via USPS Priority or Express mail. Parcels valued at $1000 or more will be shipped via USPS Registered Mail (most secure) or Express. We encourage our overseas clients prior to placing orders to inquire regarding shipping options for valuable parcels.
