Sabin 42819. ¶ The official report of this important American expedition to the region of the Dead Sea, whose ostensible purpose was to gather scientific data and measure the elevation of the Dead Sea. Not surprisingly, as beautiful as it is, the large folding map which should be included in book is frequently missing, and no copy can be considered complete without it
