Printed by J.Wilkiand Co, Dunedin New Zealand and dated 18th Jne 1898. The Itinerary on the S.S.Waikare left Sydney on 30th June 1898 taking in Wellington, Raratonga in the Cook Islands, Papeete, Raiatea in Tahiti, Apia, Vavau, Nukualofain Tongan Islanda and back to Sydney arriving on 12th August.Entertainment program includes a canoe parade, drumming contest, and etc. Advice re clothing, luggage, coinage etc and there after a section on each of the stops List of officers. Illustrations. n.p. (28p) internally tight and clean though a littel toned. the card covers are a little soiled with a tiny cjhip on the free edage and on the first page. Rare. See scans. . Good
