np, np, nd (ca 1890). VG. Deep red embossed binding from "The Nonpareil" company, white inset lettering. St Nazaire; Bermuda; St. Michael's, Azores/. 52 pages of professional postcards, mostly two to a page: shows travels spots but also large ship sinking then flames coming from it with caption hand-lettered in white, "Just after she disappeared fire and smoke come to the surface", men readying a dory for the water, large smokestacks, ships offshore, large ship aground, large piece of metal, possibly from a ship, children in hospital beds, ship with circle photo of captain, a building in ruins, many touristsy cards of natural wonders in St. Michaels.
