A few pages are unopended, there is some foxing of the endpapers, and some minor chafing to the leading edge of a few pages; overall, the book is in good to very good condition. The dustwrapper is in good condition (top edge chipped). Author's presentation copy, with the following inscription to the front free endpaper: "Nellie Wiseman with best wishes from the Author and Aunt Alice, Feb 7 1920".
