Inner hinges repaired, endpapers and frontispiece foxed, externally a bright copy. Overall in good plus condition. The format of the book is a plate (protected by a tissue) followed by a page of text from one of Walter Scott's novels, followed by another tissue, followed by a vignette illustration with a quote on the same page, followed by another plate (etc).
