Any book which is considered to be wrongly described and with which the customer is not satisfied may be returned and money will be refunded.
Two asterisks after the date of publication signify an ex-library copy in generally very good condition. "dw" is an abbreviation for dustwrapper (or dustjacket).
All books are first printings of the first edition unless stated differently. All are hardbacks unless described as 'pbk' or 'paperback'.
