Pages 33-34 are omitted, but the book is completed (probably a mistake from the printer). Contemporary vellum binding. The binding is lithly rubbed and soiled, but in good condition. Very light foxing to the margins of a few pages, otherwise inside pages and all plates are in good condition. VERY SCARCE!!! Photos available upon request. Good condition.
